Nicole has a variety of nicknames, ranging from, simple Nic through Decoy, to plain rude Hey You!
she more or less answers to anything directed at her.

she grew up in Nome Alaska, and spent her child hood, helping out on the family fishing Trawler.
She has no tolerance to the cold, and has slow circulation, so she can be freezing cold wearing a coat while every one else boils in the heat.
She usuly carries a lazy, half asleep expression, her slow circulation normally makes her sluggish at night when its cold, and also early morning while the sun is just rising.

Nicole is infact a scout, although she tends to be rather easily distracted and lead astray by the slightest glittery or shiny object. Her short attention span is normally the cause.

So she is used as a distraction to draw attention off whats really going on. There for she is known as the Decoy.
